We gladly cover return shipping costs and original shipping fees for damaged items only. For all other returns, including items returned due to preference or taste, customers are responsible the original shipping fees.

All claims or return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
